Seven people have now died on holiday roads after a kid was struck by a four-wheel drive in Sydney’s northwest.
After emergency services were summoned to the property on Wyoming Road in Dural at 6pm on Saturday, the two-year-old youngster was treated by paramedics.

A man in his 30s who was supporting police with their inquiries was brought by them for mandatory testing.
Officers from the Crash Investigation Unit and The Hills Police Area Command have started an investigation and will write a report for the Coroner.
It happens after a guy was struck by a Ute on Saturday at 1pm in St. Mary’s.
A guy in his 70s with significant head injuries was found dead on the scene at Monfarville Street after emergency personnel were called to the area.
The 58-year-old male driver of the car was not hurt but was taken to Nepean Hospital for evaluation.
The St. Mary’s tragedy brings the Christmas/New Year’s road toll to seven, and police are still urging drivers to exercise caution.
A visible police presence has been present on NSW roadways since Friday morning and will remain there until 11:59 pm on January 2nd.
As the mortality toll on the state’s roadways continues to increase, NSW Police have started another significant Christmas holiday operation.
For violations involving seatbelts, motorcycles, speeding, or cell phones during the Christmas/New Year’s holiday, there will be a double demerit point penalty.
In addition to local police, NSW Police said its traffic and highway patrol officers will be enforcing all traffic-related offenses, such as drunken or drugged driving, distracted driving, dangerous driving, and driving while fatigued.
Three traffic-related fatalities occurred on the first day of the operation, which Traffic and Highway Patrol Commander Assistant Commissioner Brett McFadden deemed to be “three too many.”
“We urge people to keep others in mind when they get behind the wheel. Speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and using a cellphone while driving are all examples of irresponsible behavior that can have a significant negative impact on your own life or the life of another road user, the expert said.
“We all want to enjoy this holiday season, and by using the roads responsibly, you are assisting others in getting to their destinations safely and reducing road trauma,” the statement reads.
