A man is facing murder charges after a woman’s body was found on the Mid-North Coast of the state.
An apartment on Memorial Avenue in South West Rocks, 30km north of Kempsey, was the scene of the discovery of a 70-year-old woman’s body around 8am yesterday.
The woman’alleged acquaintance, a 59-year-old guy, was apprehended by the police at the scene.
The individual is facing murder charges after an investigation.
His bail was denied and he is scheduled to make an appearance at the Port Macquarie Bail Court today.
