Two units of the police arrived at the Member for Stafford’s residence at approximately 9.15pm on Sunday.
The investigation is continuing and no charges have been filed.
Sullivan was elected to his seat during Saturday’s state election.
Multiple witnesses have reported that Sullivan’s behavior at the polls last week was “erratic and alarming.”
Sullivan has not yet commented.
