An outdoor music festival in Sydney was the tragic site of the death of a man in his twenties.
At approximately 11.50 p.m. yesterday, paramedics were dispatched to the Knockout Outdoor Music Festival at the Sydney Showground in Homebush.
According to the police, the individual was having a medical emergency, and emergency personnel tried to bring him back to consciousness.
On the spot, he passed away.
The man’s death is under investigation after a crime scene was located.
There is no suspicion around his death.
According to Karen Webb, the commissioner of police in New South Wales, the man most likely had “underlying health issues” and there is no evidence that he was under the influence of drugs.
We have forwarded this case to the coroner. According to the organizers, Knockout Outdoor is the biggest outdoor music festival in Australia.
Yesterday, thousands of people bought tickets to the hard-style event and flocked to Sydney Showground to witness the performers play.
