A guy is facing murder charges following the discovery of a woman’s body in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales, Australia, with severe injuries.
At 6:10 p.m. yesterday, a welfare concern report prompted the police to respond to a residence on Coulson Road in Pokolbin.
The body of a 46-year-old lady with serious injuries was discovered nearby.
She was pronounced dead despite the best efforts of the paramedics.
A man, 47 years old, who was present at the residence, was later arrested as a result of an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding her death.
He faced murder charges after being transported to the Cessnock Police Station.
He is scheduled to make an appearance in Newcastle Local Court today after being denied bail.
