A guy is facing charges following an incident in a district of southern Sydney when he reportedly cut the tires of more than 40 cars.
On September 15, police received 43 reports of tyres being slashed in the Kingsgrove neighborhood, prompting them to initiate an investigation.
Yesterday, at Canberra Airport, ACT Police detained a male suspect aged 41.
His extradition to New South Wales was approved at his appearance today in the ACT Magistrates Court.
Following his transfer, the man—who was wanted for an outstanding arrest warrant—was brought before the Queanbeyan Police Station in New South Wales to face 43 charges of property damage or destruction.
The bail was denied and tomorrow the man is due in Queanbeyan Local Court.
