At around 10 o’clock last night, three juveniles approached the alleged victim as he sat in his car in a Cheltenham shopping center parking lot on the Nepean Highway, according to the police.
He was forcibly removed from his grey Mazda automobile after allegedly being threatened with two pairs of scissors.
After that, the teens allegedly got in his car and drove away, picking up two more teens along the way.
In Dandenong, at the crossroads of Cheltenham Road and Hammond Road, the abandoned vehicle was subsequently discovered.
Two juveniles, both aged fourteen, were apprehended after they presented themselves to a Protective Services Officer at a neighboring rail station.
