The authorities in Sydney’s western suburbs have apprehended a prisoner who managed to evade their grasp.
After 44-year-old Gary Glover escaped this afternoon, an urgent notice was issued.
At around 1:30 p.m., he was last seen on Jamieson Street in Silverwater, according to the police.
Upon receiving word of an escape, the police wasted no time in beginning their search for Glover.
Lethbridge Park, located in the southwest of the city, some 35 kilometers distant, was where he was discovered a few hours later.
Authorities anticipate pressing charges against Glover upon his arrival at Mount Druitt Police Station.
