Further charges have been brought against a NSW teacher who was previously accused of engaging in sexual activity with a minor boy.
At 7 a.m., PE instructor Tayla Brailey, 30, was taken into custody at a Mangerton, Wollongong, residence and charged with six further offenses.
The new accusations include using a carriage service to solicit child abuse materials, encouraging someone in need of care to engage in sexual activity, touching someone in need of special care, and engaging in sexual activity with someone in need of care.
Due to prior allegations that were filed earlier this month, Brailey was already out on bond.
After the police denied her release, she showed up before Wollongong Local Court today and was given conditional bail.
On October 2, she is scheduled to return to Campbelltown Local Court. Earlier this month, Brailey was accused by police of having sex and touching a 17-year-old Sydney student in a sexual manner.
