After a 24-year-old man was allegedly fatally stabbed at a trailer park in the Queensland town of Hervey Bay, a 14-year-old girl has been charged with murder.
Video captured the agitated adolescent being encircled by investigators while being brought into custody.
According to the police, she killed Stuart Wallace, a 24-year-old.
Although transported to the hospital, he did not make it.
According to Mark News, the accused, 14, and her buddy, 14, were at the Big 4 Caravan Park in Point Vernon. Wallace showed up shortly after.
At a caravan park annex, Acting Detective Inspector Craig Mansfield reported that there was “some sort of altercation” in a caravan.
He stated that although police were confident in the murder allegation, they still had “more questions than answers” after conducting their investigation.
“It is really worrying. It’s a sad incident,” he remarked.
Wallace was briefly acquainted with the accused’s friend, who is currently the police’s primary witness, according to the police.
Authorities are aware of Wallace, according to police sources.
He’d been living out of a car and was “transient”.
Tomorrow, the teenager will appear before the Hervey Bay Children’s Court.
