After a lady was reportedly shot in the hand in what is being characterized as a domestic violence incident close to the NSW–Victoria boundary, a guy has been found dead.
Reynella Road at Walbundrie, close to Albury, was the scene of an emergency call at 8:35 a.m. today due to reports of a shooting incident.
Authorities were informed that at the property’s front gate, a 51-year-old woman had been shot in the right hand by a 68-year-old man.
After the alleged man drove off, a crime scene was set up. Shortly afterward, around thirty kilometers distant on Walla Walla Road in Gerogery, another crime scene was established.
About 11.45 am, the body of a man was discovered at Culcairn, close to Kings Bridge Road.
According to authorities, the body is thought to be that of the 68-year-old man even though it has not yet been formally recognized.
