A physician has been accused of sexually assaulting two patients at a south Sydney medical facility.
Following complaints of two distinct occurrences last month, police in Arncliffe today detained the 45-year-old man from Monterey at a medical clinic.
During a consultation on June 4, the doctor is accused by police of indecently assaulting a 28-year-old lady.
A few weeks later, on June 26, at the same medical facility, he was accused of sexually abusing a 19-year-old woman during a consultation.
After receiving a tip, police launched an inquiry.
The 45-year-old doctor was accused today of having sex with someone else without their consent and of having sex without consent.
He will now appear in Sutherland Local Court today after being denied bail.
