Daniel Andrews, the former premier of Victoria, has consented to provide cell phone information from the day a cyclist was hurt in a collision.
Ryan Meuleman is suing Slater & Gordon, alleging that the legal company neglected to put his interests first when he was negotiating a settlement for compensation.
In 2013, a juvenile cyclist was involved in an automobile accident in Blairgowrie, a Mornington Peninsula seaside community, which was driven by Andrews’ wife Catherine.
The teenage victim of the crash was hospitalised after suffering multiple injuries. There were never any charges brought.
It was decided in court today that Andrews will turn over the documents by July 24.
The Supreme Court will have a trial in May of next year in the case against Slater and Gordon.
