Concerned for the welfare of the woman and her toddler, authorities are looking for them close to the border between Victoria and New South Wales.
Olena Hrobelko, age 2, and her 35-year-old mother Emily Janetzki were last seen in the town of Lavington on Thursday.
According to police, the couple’s family is worried about them and has asked for the public’s assistance in finding them.
“Emily may be travelling in a blue Mazda with NSW registration CGM85P,” police stated.
“They are known to frequent the Lavington and Myrtleford areas.”
According to descriptions, Janetzki is 165 cm tall, Caucasian, with long blonde hair and a slim physique.
When last seen, she was donning black trousers, black boots, and a dark-colored sweater.
When she was last seen, her daughter was dressed in a sweater and light-colored slacks.
