Following the man’s death this morning in Sydney’s south, a lady has been charged with driving charges.
Emergency services were summoned to a unit complex on the Old Princes Highway, Engadine, at approximately three in the morning today.
An unresponsive 36-year-old male was discovered.
At the scene, he passed away.
Around three in the morning, neighbours reported hearing a lady scream.
After being detained, a 33-year-old lady was brought to the hospital for required testing.
Following her discharge from the hospital, the woman was brought to the Sutherland Police Station and charged with several offences, including driving under the influence, reckless driving resulting in death, and being a learner without a driver’s accompaniment.
She will now appear in Parramatta Local Court tomorrow after being denied bail.
