After it was reported that a man was fatally stabbed in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, a woman has been charged with murder.
At 6:15 p.m. yesterday, police discovered 37-year-old Scott Wallace fatally stabbed inside a residence on Murrabin Avenue in Matraville.
Wallace passed away at the site after rescuers were unable to resuscitate him.
Nikita Kirby, 31, was taken into custody close by.
Kirby was Wallace’s former partner, as is known.
Police have charged her with murder and refused to grant her bail.
Tomorrow, she is scheduled to appear in Waverley Local Court.
