Following the discovery of a man’s death in a Sydney river, police have opened an inquiry.
About 6.50 am today, the man’s body was discovered in the Lane Cove River in West Pymble, prompting the call of police officers to the area.
According to a statement from NSW Police, “Officers attached to North Shore Police Area Command believe the body is that of a man aged in his 50s.”
“A crime scene has been established, and detectives have launched an investigation into the incident.”
