Extended Period Dr. Ric Gordon, a contributor to Today Show, passed away from pancreatic cancer.
His age was 69 years. Known by his professional name, Dr. Ric Porter, he was a well-respected fertility and obstetrician.
In 1983, Gordon was a member of the team that brought about the first IVF birth in New South Wales.
Over 5000 infants were delivered by him in his career.
Dr. Ric initially joined the Nine family as a cast member of the hit show Good Medicine.
