The six victims of last night’s bus and truck collision in Sydney’s west have been released from the hospital.
Shortly before 5:00 p.m., the cars were involved in a high-speed collision on Davis Road in Wetherill Park.
In an update today, NSW Health stated that all six of the accident victims were doing well.
The collision resulted in multiple injuries, but the bus driver escaped unharmed.
A male passenger was transported to Liverpool Hospital after sustaining significant injuries.
The truck driver also had minor injuries, as did three additional male passengers.
The truck driver was sent to Fairfield Hospital along with one passenger.
Officials from NSW Health acknowledged that one patient had a minor procedure to realign a bone.
Yesterday evening, there was a lot of traffic due to the crash.
