In Sydney’s west, a bus and truck crashed during rush hour, sending several passengers to the hospital.
According to NSW Ambulance, the “high-speed” collision at the T-way on Davis Road in Wetherill Park happened just before 5:00 p.m. today.
A male passenger was hospitalised after sustaining significant injuries.
The truck driver also had minor injuries, as did three additional male passengers.
Both the truck driver and one of the passengers were hospitalised.
There were no other injuries recorded.
In an attempt to determine whether one car ran a red light, police have declared the area to be a crime scene.
As far as Mark News is aware, a truck T-boned the bus.
As commuters head home, there is a lot of traffic in the neighbourhood.
The region is urged to be avoided by drivers.
