After police pursued two purportedly stolen luxury cars through Gold Coast streets, four persons were taken into prison.
At 1:00 pm, authorities discovered and started pursuing a Maserati SUV that was purportedly taken from a residence in Broadbeach Waters.
Officers swarmed the car and dragged out two young people when it slid onto a median strip near Nerang.
The two were apprehended and placed under arrest.
A second premium vehicle was purportedly stolen not too far north and shortly after.
A black Porsche Macan is being pursued by police after it is said to have swerved in and out of traffic on the M1 near Arundel.
In addition, the vehicle allegedly raced through traffic and drove into emergency lanes before turning incorrectly into a cul-de-sac.
Police reportedly apprehended the driver and passenger when they allegedly got out of the vehicle.
Additionally, they were detained while the authorities looked into the two instances.
