Following the death of a kid in a small town in rural New South Wales on Saturday night, a 26-year-old man was charged with murder.
in 9 p.m. on Friday, a 16-year-old boy was discovered in a residence on Nymagee Street, Narromine, with stab wounds to his neck.
He passed away before he could be airlifted out after receiving treatment from paramedics and being sent to Dubbo Airport for an emergency medical transfer.
Detectives began looking into the incident after police set up a crime scene.
After police inquiries, the 26-year-old guy was taken into custody at a nearby residence.
He will now appear in Dubbo Local Court today after being denied bail.
