After a passenger in Sydney’s west stabbed a taxi driver, police are looking into the incident.
Yesterday at 4.30am, the taxi driver was picking up a man from Eve Street in Guildford when there was a verbal argument.
Allegedly, the client took out a knife and stabbed the driver in the hands.
The customer allegedly got out of the automobile, went up to the driver’s side of the vehicle, and physically attacked the driver before escaping, according to the police.
The driver, 42, sustained injuries to his arm and wrists.
After receiving care from paramedics, he was transported in a stable state to Westmead Hospital.
The attack is being looked into by the police. There have been no takedowns.
