Regarding an alleged stabbing incident that occurred at a Melbourne school earlier this week, another teenage male has been charged.
Tuesday at around 3:30 pm, Staughton College in Melton South received a contact from emergency services regarding a reported stabbing incident involving a teenager.
A 16-year-old boy was discovered to have non-life-threatening injuries, and he is still being treated at the hospital.
Following his self-presentation yesterday night, police today charged a 17-year-old kid with wilfully causing injury, affray, assault with a weapon, and possessing a controlled weapon.
On Tuesday, a 17-year-old boy showed up by himself at a police station, where he was taken into custody and accused of affray.
At a later time, both teenagers will appear before a children’s court.
