A man died around one hour west of Sydney when he fell over a waterfall.
The incident took place at the Blue Mountains’ Minnehaha Falls near Katoomba.
At 1:30 pm, NSW Police were notified that someone suffered “serious injuries” and were called to the waterfall.
Paramedics and police rescue squads also hurried to the area.
But the man was pronounced dead.
A report will be prepared for the coroner, according to NSW Police.
