After being reported missing on Tuesday, a man’s body was discovered close to a waterfall in New South Wales.
On Tuesday around 5.15am, the 54-year-old was last seen at a residence on Kalinda Drive in Port Macquarie.
On Wednesday, a number of organisations, including the police, State Emergency Service, VRA Rescue, and NSW Ambulance, began scouring Ellenborough Falls, which is located in Elands.
At 10.30 on Friday morning, the body of a man was discovered in the Ellenborough Falls water.
Although he hasn’t been officially recognised, authorities think this individual is the same one that vanished on Tuesday.
The scene of the crime has been marked, and a report will be written up for the coroner.
