In the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, a microlight aircraft crashed, killing the pilot.
At 11 a.m. (AWST) today, according to the police, a crash happened near Little Hill Road in Beverley.
At the scene, the 69-year-old man passed away.
Personnel from the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, St. John WA, and the police responded to the scene.
Police have been alerted by Recreation Aviation Australia and will be preparing a report for the coroner.
