On a well-known beach north of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, a four-wheel drive crashed, killing one person and injuring four more.
On Teewah Beach, north of Noosa, police are currently trying to piece together what went wrong to cause the automobile to lose control and roll several times.
Five individuals were inside the Toyota Prado when it began to roll many times and eventually landed on its roof.
The driver was a twentysomething foreign tourist who passed away.
Investigators are attempting to determine what went wrong with the driver’s loss of control.
The automobile is thought to have swerved to avoid an unidentified item.
A couple in their twenties were flown to Sunshine Coast University Hospital by the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue Helicopter.
An ambulance took two more victims there right away.
One of the patients has been released from the hospital, and the other three are now stable.
According to Queensland Ambulance Service’s Lorenz Kleinberg, it seemed like the car rolled four or five times on the beach.
Kleinberg advised drivers to use caution.
“There’ll be an empty chair at someone’s place this Christmas,” Kleinberg stated.
“We just ask people to take care when they’re up at the beach and think about your actions.”
Authorities are reaching out to the victim’s relatives who live abroad.
