There was a shed fire at a home west of Melbourne that resulted in the deaths of two children and the critical condition of two others.
The four children, who have not yet been named, are said to have been inside the shed when it caught fire at approximately 10.30 am in Corio, which is near Geelong.
Two children were airlifted to the Royal Children’s Hospital in serious condition with significant burns, according to paramedics.
According to the police, the fire’s exact cause is still unknown and it is not being investigated as suspicious.
