An extra murder charge has been brought against a 44-year-old Sydney woman by detectives.
It happened after a man was fatally wounded in an August vehicle accident in the Schofields suburb of western Sydney.
The 38-year-old man was allegedly injured by the woman’s car in the afternoon of August 8 before it crashed into a house adjacent on Sciberras Avenue.
After receiving critical care at the site from paramedics from NSW Ambulance due to his severe injuries, the guy was transported to Westmead Hospital.
The 38-year-old was informed to the police on August 31st, even though he was afterwards discharged from the hospital.
Following the collision, the woman faced charges of intentionally injuring someone with the intent to kill them and intentionally causing severe bodily damage to someone else.
The woman was been refused bail and is scheduled to appear in Penrith Local Court on December 1 after the second murder charge was brought today.
