Gavin “Capable” Preston, a notorious underworld figure, was reportedly shot and died in a suspected gangland attack in Melbourne’s northwest.
At 10:20 this morning, a man was shot and died in front of a cafe on Old Calder Highway in Keilor Village, according to the police. Authorities have not yet formally identified him.
Although the circumstances surrounding the shooting are yet unknown, Victoria Police stated that it appeared to be planned.
According to a source in the underground, Preston was the one who passed away because “they put a clip into him.”
A second man was shot as well and was taken to the hospital with significant wounds.
According to prior statements made by Police Chief Commissioner Shane Patton, a guy in his 50s had been shot.
