Following a two-vehicle collision in northern New South Wales yesterday, a woman has passed away.
At the intersection of Parkes Drive and Ducat Street in Tweed Heads, two automobiles crashed, killing the woman.
Yesterday at 2:30 pm, emergency services were notified of the occurrence.
A 50-year-old lady who was operating one of the automobiles was discovered deceased there.
The other car’s 18-year-old male driver was unharmed.
He was brought to The Tweed Hospital for a required examination.
Police have opened an accident investigation and are writing a report for the coroner.
