In the Adelaide suburb of Edwardstown, a fatal house fire occurred yesterday, according to police. It was a murder-suicide.
Trish Lambourne was allegedly murdered by Sally Davis, who then set fire to their home.
Early yesterday morning, their bodies were discovered inside a spare room in the smoldering home they shared.
Their home is owned by YourPlace Housing, a company that primarily offers housing to disabled individuals.
22 firefighters responded to the blaze and extinguished it in 10 minutes.
The house has sustained damage worth $100,000, according to estimates.
According to Ms. Davis’ Twitter bio, she has taken care of her mother for 22 years.
She shared images of herself and her mother wearing shirts that read, “It is against our religion to have to get immunized or wear a mask” on social media in 2021.
Today is expected to see the release of a post-mortem report.
