A woman has been charged with murder by the police following the death of a man in Perth’s southeast last night.
At 8:20 p.m., investigators stated that the 51-year-old man and the 49-year-old woman, who were acquainted, got into a fight at a house on Maddington’s Dunnell Street.
Before the woman fled the scene, according to the police, the man was stabbed in the leg during the altercation.
A man in Maddington is said to have been fatally stabbed, and a homicide investigation is underway.
The man was transported by St John WA ambulance to Armadale Hospital, where he passed away shortly after. About 8.50 p.m., police conducted a search and discovered the woman close by.
One count of murder was brought against the Collie woman.
Tomorrow is her scheduled appearance at Perth Magistrates Court.
