A man’s body was discovered face down in a swamp in a south-east Melbourne housing subdivision, prompting police to launch an investigation.
Just before 2:00 PM, the body was discovered in parkland off of Solar Close in Cranbourne East.
The victim has not yet been formally identified, and it is unknown what exactly caused his death.
Investigators are swarming the scene of a serious crime.
According to police, they haven’t decided whether or not the death was suspicious.
