A 38-year-old man who was hit and ran in southeast Perth is fighting for his life in intensive care.
According to the police, at approximately 7:30 p.m. yesterday, a pedestrian was allegedly struck by a dark-colored car heading north on Albany Highway at Maddington.
With severe injuries, the man was brought to Royal Perth Hospital and placed in the intensive care unit.
The car’s driver fled the scene without offering help, according to the authorities.
