After being bitten by a shark close to Exmouth, Western Australia, a man is currently recuperating in the hospital.
The popular ‘Bombie’ surfing spot near Exmouth, in the Gascoyne region, is where the man was bitten at approximately 12:30 this afternoon.
It is believed that the man drove himself to the nearby hospital, where he is still listed as stable for tonight.
It is advised that locals exercise extra caution.
To look into the incident, local authorities and fisheries officers are collaborating.
