Following an alleged stabbing at a school in Melbourne’s northwest, one person was hospitalised, and an adolescent has now been detained.
Around 3 p.m. today, there were reports of a teen stabbing at Staughton College in Melton South, prompting the contact of emergency services.
After being discovered with non-life-threatening injuries, a 16-year-old kid was brought to the hospital.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested at a police station after he showed up there; it is thought that he had already left the location.
He is supporting the police in their inquiries.
According to reports, another teenage male left the area on foot.
Police stated that investigations are still ongoing and that the circumstances surrounding the occurrence have not yet been determined.
