Three distinct traffic accidents in Perth have resulted in the deaths of three persons.
Around 11.30 p.m., a woman in her 60s perished in a fiery collision on the Great Eastern Highway near Glen Forrest.
The motorbike’s rider was rushed to St John’s Hospital with significant injuries after the woman driving a Holden sedan crashed with it, according to police.
According to Western Australia Police, the female driver of the automobile continued driving without stopping to help the injured rider before slamming into a tree nearby on the Great Eastern Highway close to Weller Road.
The woman died at the scene of the collision, according to authorities, and the automobile caught fire.
Yesterday afternoon at around 2:00 PM, a car and a motorcycle collided in a different Akimos incident.
The 42-year-old biker passed away at the scene of the Romeo Road collision after suffering severe injuries.
The driver of the Subaru Forrester, a 70-year-old man, was slightly hurt.
Additionally, in Bullsbrook, an off-road motorcycle that had crashed on a bike route off the Tonkin Highway close to Neaves Road was reported to the police by a member of the public.
Around 7:00 p.m., a 51-year-old male passed away at the scene.
The public has been urged by WA Police to come forward with any information or dash-cam footage of the three deadly crashes.
