On the Gold Coast, a koala was seen swimming across a river this morning.
As the Gold Coast gets warmer because to the warm weather, the marsupial was spotted swimming through the Coombabah Lakelands to cool off.
Emma CarMichael, a local, caught the scene on camera♿ while out for her morning stroll.
CarMichael said, “We noticed him about halfway between the two banks; we didn’t see him get in.”
“When it emerged from the water, we realized it was a koala instead of what we had initially assumed to be a swimming dog.
“Even though we always keep an eye out for them, we’ve never seen a koala there. Then, in the most unlikely place—the water—we ended up seeing one.”
“We found it to be very adorable.” It will be a pleasant 25 degrees on the Gold Coast today.
