A guy has appeared in court in Perth on charges of attacking an MP’s sister at a medical facility.
Doctor Anna Chaney, the sister of Curtin representative Kate Chaney, was reportedly attacked by Christopher Bernard Healey yesterday just before 9 a.m. at View Street Medical in North Perth.
According to reports, the attack had to be stopped by members of the public.
Patients and employees at the clinic helped Chaney before he was taken with severe wounds to Royal Perth Hospital.
Healey did not request bail and will appear in court once more at the end of October.
