A Comanchero motorcycle gang member is scheduled to appear in court today in New South Wales on charges related to alleged past physical and sexual crimes.
Detectives questioned the 60-year-old man yesterday at Silverwater prison in western Sydney before charging him.
It comes after a police investigation into allegations that a 29-year-old woman was reportedly sexually abused between 2017 and 2021 at the Hawkesbury, which is located approximately 140 kilometres north of Sydney.
In the course of their inquiries, detectives also met with two more women, ages 19 and 39.
Detectives have since filed charges against the man, who the women knew, and he is still in court.
Since then, detectives have talked to a 27-year-old woman.
The individual has now been accused of several crimes, including aggravated sexual assault, breaking and entering, and intentionally attempting to cause great bodily injury to another person.
Police will claim in court that the woman was physically and sexually abused by a guy she knows in May 2017 and during a break-in at her home in June 2020.
The individual was detained, and today is his court day.
