Security footage of the shooter who killed three individuals as they were in parked cars in Sydney’s southwest has surfaced.
On Sunday, soon after 2.15 a.m., Ahmed Al Azzam, 25, was shot while he was seated in a car on Mayvic Street in Greenacre.
Kaashif Richards, 22, and Achiraya Jantharat, 19, were sitting in another parked car when it was hit by gunfire less than 50 yards up the street.
A dark automobile can be seen driving away from the site at the moment of the incident on CCTV footage from the industrial street.
Danny Doherty, the detective superintendent, described it as a “brazen, tragic shooting of three people.”
He declared, “We can’t uncover any connections to organised crime conflict or illegal conduct.
