Eight cars were damaged in a hit-and-run accident in Melbourne’s east overnight, and a teenager has been taken into custody.
Around 1.40 am, according to police, a black Holden Calais struck the parked automobiles on Holland Road in Blackburn South.
According to information provided to investigators, the two occupants of the sedan got out and got into another vehicle.
A 19-year-old guy from Narre Warren in Melbourne’s south-east was detained in Blackburn South just before 10am, according to Victoria Police, and is currently being guarded at a hospital.
