After colliding with a school in Healesville, northeast of Melbourne, a man was injured seriously enough that he needed to be evacuated to the hospital.
Around 9.45 this morning, Healesville High School on McGregor Avenue received a call for police assistance.
The 37-year-old male was located inside the school with significant injuries, and dozens of emergency services flocked there.
Before being flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, emergency personnel attended to the driver at the scene.
There was simply the driver in the vehicle.
