Police are looking for a guy who stole a car this morning from the northern suburbs of Adelaide with a youngster inside.
The vehicle was taken at 11 a.m. from in front of a store in Clearview, where a mother reportedly seen a man suspect get into her vehicle before confronting him.
Before leaving with her child in the back seat, he is accused of pushing her to the ground.
Using the victim’s smartphone to trace the vehicle, police were able to find it near Walkley Heights around 20 minutes later.
After being discovered inside safely, the youngster was later reunited with their mother.
Tim Beaton, the owner of a pet store, claimed to have been serving the mother when the incident occurred.
He stated, “Someone who was stealing the car pushed her out of the car.”
You wouldn’t anticipate that she would be paying attention to the car the entire time.
We consoled her while dialing triple-0.
